MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION

The Project Company, YUMN LTD, executed with Shapoorji-Palonji Group (SP Group) a memorandum of understanding for the construction of the power plant on a turnkey EPC basis.SP Group is a 150 years old Indian conglomerate with a wide range of services ranging from construction to manufacturing and various services. The groups has an annual turnover of USD 2.3billion. As an EPC Contractor, SP Group has a global presence, including in Africa with a ranking of 111 in the ENR Ranking of Top 250 Global Contractors, 2014.
